I'm a Canadian whovian nerdfighter who is made of awesome but I don't feel it with my body. My goal is to be motivated, and to fit into size 10 jeans to be as awesome as I feel on the inside while living in New Zealand.

Chicken Stir Fry with Broccoli & Rice
Summary
Serves:4
Prep Time: 5 min
Cooking Time: 25 min - 30 min
Ready In: 35 min
Ingredients
 2 Tbsp. (30mL) Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend 
 1 lb (454g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch pieces 
 1 Tbsp. (15mL) vegetable oil 
 3 cups (720mL) broccoli flowerets 
 1 tsp (5mL) cornstarch 
 1 cup (240mL) low sodium chicken broth 
 2 cups (480mL) instant whole grain rice, cooked 
 2 green onions, sliced 
Directions
 1. Heat skillet over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil.  Cook and stir chicken pieces for 3 to 4 minutes or until chicken is  done. 
 2. Add broccoli and Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb and stir fry 1 minute more. 
 3. In a separate small bowl slowly add broth to cornstarch  while whisking, add to chicken mixture and cook until sauce thickens.  Add green onions. 
 4. Serve over hot rice.
