Size 10 jeans, please - do you think continental cup-a-soup is healthy for a meal?

I'm a Canadian whovian nerdfighter who is made of awesome but I don't feel it with my body. My goal is to be motivated, and to fit into size 10 jeans to be as awesome as I feel on the inside while living in New Zealand.

Sure! Soup is great and healthy but you need to look out for the salt in them! It’s best to make your own, but choose something that isn’t packed with salt.

I hear creamy soups aren’t that great calorie wise, but I’m sure they’re fine once in a while. Why deprive yourself of a meal if it’s a little bad and have it in moderation? :3
