Although I am partially serious. If you have a dog, play tug a war with them! My friend has a 95lb rottie-doberman-shepard and we always play tug-a-war with it :D It hurts but it’s super fun plus it makes them tired!
Or, get a container (like a milk jug if you’re in the states, or vinegar container) fill it up with water and you can use that as a kettle bell! :D It’s awesome because you can adjust to how much weight you want! When you get stronger you can use sand/dirt. You can also use a duffle bag and fill it up with dirt, sand, books.
Also for hand weights water bottles with water (sand, dirt. I think you get the idea) or cans of soup for hand weights.
Also for this exercise move:
instead of a yoga ball you can use a pillow! :D Or a cushion
Most importantly, USE YOUR BODY. It’s an awesome tool for weight loss tool, then add weights when you feel like it’s getting too easy.
