How do you like to eat grape fruit?
I’m not a big fan of grape fruit but we have some in the house and I’d love to try and give it a go because of the great health benefits they can provide.
What I don’t like about it is that it’s really sour, and I know brown sugar on top and broiling it works for some people but I’m wondering if there’s anything else. :3

supreme it and put it on salads! use it as the citrus in a fruit salad. use the juice in a vinagrette. :)

cut in half. put half of it in a bowl with the “meat” side up. take a spoon and scoop out the grapefruit section by section= 60 cal

My fave salad is greens with chopped up grapefruit, avocado, and chicken. It kinda balances the sourness. Juicing is good too!

I usually just eat mine with some sort of artificial sugar on top! You have to get used to it, because it can be bitter.

Just put a little bit of white sugar on top and it evens out the sour and sweet and tastes really good. Never heard of brown sugar before!
