I’m going to be doing this work out! Finally, after not having hot water for a while I can finally do proper work outs and shower! Yay!
This would be a great short work out that you could do in the morning first thing or you don’t have any time because of school or work. It’s about 4 minutes, but you can do it more than once if you want. I’m going to do it 2-3 times, a pop pilates tricep challenge, and the ab challenge. So just go a head and do this! It’s about as long as a normal pop pilates challenge video, and it’ll get your heart rate up.
So besides my hour long walk (with my groceries) this will be my work out for out for toning/building muscles. I’ve been feeling really sore when I’m sleeping so that means I have to work out my upper body. I’d like to sleep properly on my side again without intense pain :P
I will also be doing the POP Pilates: Backless Dress Workout and the As Long as You Love Me Love Handles Challenge
So yeah. It’s an upper body kind of day :D
So this was my work out for today! I had to stop a bit in the beginning because i could feel that I pulled a muscle in my buttcheek (yep) and it wasn’t a burn feeling. It was a painful feeling. So keep that as a reminder that you should push yourself but not hurt yourself!
I also did the abs all night challenge, and the glad you came calves challenge as well. IT BUUUUURNED!!!! But my abs and legs will thank me. :D

This is a pilates video for abs and waistline. Probably 2 times through since it’s only 10 minutes so I get a good ab work out :D
I’m also going to do the Call me maybe squat challenge, Inner Thighs & Runner’s Calves, and maybe try the Yoga abs work out

So this was my work out yesterday! I don’t feel too sore in my butt yet but I will find out in the next few hours since DOMS hate me.
I also paired this with the 3 Min Ab Workout Challenge! It was defiantly a challenge but I will do it again tonight! :D I think it will be part of my regular work outs randomly during the day.
I also did some Zumba for around…15 minutes? I really wasn’t in the mood for cardio but I sucked it up and did it any ways. I’m glad I did!
I’ll figure out what I can do tonight. I’ll do the Call me maybe squat challenge a bit later as well!

This is going to be brutal but I know it’ll be worth it. Instead of the death burpees I’ll probably just do regular burpees because I can only do 2 at a time so I want to try to do at least 3 or 4 :P
I’ll probably do a zumba song after as well for a cool down :)

I don’t think it’s a secret that I love doctor who. I absolutely love this song, and I love working out to it. It makes me feel powerful, and that I’m training for when The Doctor comes.
I can’t wait until I start running for longer distances. This will be my background music.
Working out to my fandom, YEAH. I suggest everyone to do it.
I tried doing this a bit before I left Canada but failed to finish it. Now that it’s monday and I am not sleeping well I think this is a good chance to finish it this time :D

Bodyrocks 30 day challange :D
It’s not an interval work out. It’s a flexibility test and I’d like to try and get more flexible. Also I feel like this would release a lot of tension I have in my lower body :D
I’m excited, I’m going to do this in a bit, and then showerrrr~

I’m going to try another challange. Do bodyrock work outs 4-5 times a week. :D You guys can keep me accountable if I do not post a bodyrock video at least 4-5 times this week :P
I just need to download it, find my laptop, and set my interval timer (you can find any online for free~).
YEAHHHH I WANT TO BE A SMALLER SIZE BEFORE MY MOVE DAMNIT.
Just…like…one size plz. At least 3-5lbs.
